Remember Me

Remember me with the break of each day

And when the sun sets and its light goes away,

Remember me whenever you eat

 A savoury or my favorite sweet,

And when you are having your tea

With each sip, think of me.

Remember me when you hear a new song,

That I would have liked, short or long.

And  when you see a nice view

As if I am sharing it with you.

Imagine me  always by your side

At your gatherings just as before I died.

Most of all, remember me when you pray

By sending some prayers my way.
