Never Died

I find myself alive every moment of the day
Mother, is this what happens to the dead, I pray?

I am alive in your heartbeat
And in the blood that flows from your head to feet

Oh mother, even though I am out of sight
You made my image so clear and bright

There are many “alive” as they say
But no one mentions them every day

As for me, I am very satisfied
That you make it seem like I never died
